TconcepT BV, based in The Netherlands, is an architectural design office, specialized in concept design. TconcepT is founded in 2014 by former founders and directors of T+T Design and Multi Development. They all worked until 2013 on an exclusive basis for pan-European retail developer Multi Development on dozens of projects. Since 2014 the expertise of concept development of TconcepT can be shared with the market. Traditional project development, which is mainly been based on economic aspects, should also incorporate urban, architectural, esthetical and local aspects. The aim is to create places to stay, to create a perfect balance between Development and Design, resulting in the most feasible concept. This formula of ‘Development by Design’ has proven to be highly successful in the international development of urban projects, intercity projects, office buildings and numerous shopping centers, which have been frequently awarded.
