The project area is located on the E-5 highway in Kartal. It is located between the dense housing texture in the south, the small-scale industry and public areas in the east, and the city park in the northwest. The project area is close to major transportation axes and urban transformation zones. By designing a mixed-use living space, it is aimed that the region will benefit from the future vision of this transformation. One of the main points of the design is that the functions are protected from the negative impacts of the E-5 highway and are also visible from it by correctly balancing the distribution of  the functions. To achieve this, residential blocks are located on the south, away from the noise and close to the existing neighborhood. The office-park is located at the north of the plot, considering its proximity to the subway and the silhouette that could showcase the E-5. The hotel is located in the center between the offices and the residence in order to protect from noise and opening to a large green gathering area in the middle of the masterplan.
