There are 190 units in the apartment blocks designed as A+ with a series of inner courtyards and circulation areas opening to these courtyards in Çubuklu Vadi. The inner courtyards and the housing clusters associated with each other are located on a pedestrian and bicycle axis that connects 2 parcels, and this axis ends with the square where social and commercial areas come together and form the heart of the project. The aim of the design is to create a living environment where residents can socialize by guiding users to activity and movement, while at the same time breaking the feeling of monotony with the diversity in typology and providing a neighborhood texture to the area.
