This 3 storey building is designed to be the sales office for a large scale residential development. The aim is to create a dramatic building visible from the highway, and viewing the construction site. The ground floor contains the sales offices and lounge, first floor to have the sample units and executive facilities and the top floor to be the restaurant / gathering area with wrapped around with digital mesh providing graphics and light at nights.
