The residential plot consists of three types of apartment blocks and duplex apartments with different variations. On a plot with a sloping topography, apartment blocks are located on the upper levels and villas on the lower levels. In the central plot which is designed as the heart of Fiba Alemdağ masterplan, city apartments are designed on a podium consisting of commercial units. The shops on the ground floors of these apartments open to a common square with cafes, cinemas and recreation areas.
