Designed as the heart of the Fiba Alemdağ masterplan, the central parcel features a podium covering 43 commercial units and parking spaces, and a cinema block which is planned to be the symbol and focal point of the region, connected to this podium by means of bridges from the upper square level and vehicle road from the lower square.
