The project is located on one of the busiest commercial and office axis in Levent, one of the most central areas in Ä°stanbul. The 5 typical floors following the ground floor have been planned to serve the minimum floor space and the maximum number of rooms (215) as permitted by the regulations. This approach increases the number of rooms while reducing the cost. The three most important elements of the building, the lobby-bar-restaurant, are located at the three most strategic and visible points of the structure. The reception which includes a cafe, will be lit by the morning sun where restaurant customers in the west will be able to enjoy the afternoon sun. At night the rooftop bar overlooking Büyükdere Street will notice itself on the street with its bright lights. The success of the design is fundamentally dependent on the visibility and accessibility of these three important functions.
