Plot 360/3 located on İstinye Hacı Osman Bayırı and subject to tender by Emlak Konut, will be the face of the whole settlement, as it is the largest parcel connected to the main road and dominates the landscape as well as the entrance to the park area covering the largest surface area within the settlement. It is in a prestigious position. For this reason, it is suggested to be developed as a tourism facility area. It is planned to locate a 250-room hotel. The other two parcels are intended to be developed as residential areas / apart hotels, as they are located in secondary locations and densely populated areas.
