The project includes the transformation of the historical Kozlucahan in Eminönü into a hotel by preserving the main structure, reinforcing and renovating it at the necessary points. The facade character of the building is also protected buy adherence to modulation and material selection and in accordance with the rules. There are 95 keys in the project, with ground floor providing fee-to-use commercial spaces and a restaurant with panoramic view of the Golden Horn on the terrace.
