A master planning and concept design for the first phase of this site in an out-of-town development targeted at higher income families.  The master plan is for sixteen blocks of twenty-nine 2-3 bedroom duplex villas and is overlayed onto the geographic terrain with the architecture nestling into the environment. Roads and paths traverse around the development terminating with the parking garages under their respective dwellings. The hilly terrain provided the inspiration for the tiered design. The villas step back and culminate in the light filled glass fronted lounge and family gathering spaces. The development includes a 400sqm social building with club-house facilities as well as extensive gardens and green areas for common use, with native plant specimens.  ©Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlık
