The project plot is at a point where motorway junctions intersect and the dynamism of this intense vehicle traffic were the inspiration for the design. The tower, which the employer wants it to look like an 'elegant dress', is designed as 2 main elements that can be called the spine and the dress. In order to make the building as high-rise as possible, and to offer the optimum solution without reducing floor efficiency, the 'spine' was designed as a rectangular typical floor plan, while the ‘dress’ allowed the form to be shaped as the 2nd facade. The gaps between the dress and the spine were planned as atriums or floor gardens, and a medium-sized commercial center was considered on the podium floors. ©Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlık
