The project is located in Pangaltı, a historic district and and one of the many urban regeneration areas of İstanbul. The 3-star hotel has 79 rooms with a restaurant, bar and fitness areas. In the facade design, brick, a traditional and warm building material with reference to the texture in the region, is a modern and clear building material with metal, which is used to refer to both past and present architecture.
