The plot is at a crossing point between the small-scale and low-rise residential texture to the west and the new, high-rise residential developments to the east. One of the main points of the movement of the design is that the project gradually rises from the west to the east, completing this texture between old and new. The main axis in the east-west direction that forms the spine is intended to draw the existing density of housing to the west of the plot into the project. The sloping topography of the land has been transformed into a design advantage, allowing access to the project from different levels. In particular, the visual relationship was reinforced with architectural connection elements such as bridges and stairs. Residential blocks in the south are separated from the shopping block in the middle by green steps and visual aesthetics and integrity are ensured by the continuation of this green cover up to the roof of the shopping center. ©Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlık
